Our taxi booking services are available through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Uma Taxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in case of technical issues, unavailability, or safety concerns.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
Cancellations made before 1 hour of pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the minimum trip fare.
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer directly to Uma Taxi or the assigned driver.
Final fares include tolls, parking, and other applicable charges (if any).
Uma Taxi strives to ensure timely and safe service but will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Uma Taxi is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Customers must wear seat belts during travel.
Any misconduct, misbehavior, or property damage by passengers will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
Drivers are instructed to follow all traffic rules and maintain polite behavior.
Uma Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
